Jazmine Leyva, a former South El Monte High School star and member of the UCLA Bruins softball team, is set to play in the NCAA Tournament.
The Bruins enter as a No. 2 seed, facing off with the Arkansas Razorbacks, who also hold a No. 2 seed.
The tournament’s opening matchup will take place Friday, May 29, at 8:30 p.m. at Devon Park.
