On Feb. 10, Junru LI Bin Zhu sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 153 W. Chestnut Ave., San Gabriel to Junru Zhu for $1,360,000.

This home last sold on Sept. 22, 2000 for $430,000.

So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in San Gabriel as of this publication.
