WASHINGTON, DC – On May 23, Congresswoman Grace F. Napolitano (D-El Monte) issued the following statement after testing positive for COVID-19:
“Today, I tested positive for COVID-19 for the very first time since the start of the pandemic, after experiencing mild cold-like symptoms. I am thankful that I am fully vaccinated including boosters, and after consulting with the House Physician, I will continue to work while self-isolating at home. I encourage everyone to get vaccinated and boosted if you have not already.”
