On Dec. 3, Frank G. and Tiffany P Chen sold their seven bedroom, six bathroom commercial property at 2550 Tamora Ave., S. El Monte to Aibing and Chaoyun Wang for $1,372,010.

This commercial property last sold on Feb. 7, 2002 for $310,000.

This property is the only sale in South El Monte so far in December 2021 as of this publication.
